Those are molding or component numbers, which are reused multiple times with different models. Once an item is fully assembled it receives a completed part number. This is the system the factory utilizes. We’re unable to cross-reference component numbers and identification must be made visually. Once a series is determined for your part, the specific model is determined by measurements or dimensions.

No. Truth Hardware only manufactures the hardware. They don’t build actual windows themselves.

Unfortunately, no. A stamping process is utilized, so if a built-in component breaks the mechanism must be replaced.

There is no single answer. Every window company designs and builds their windows differently. Usually mounting screws must be loosened, which are often covered by a sill or plate.

The factory changes designs over time, sometimes altering the number of mounting holes or changing the options available. It is also possible to have a non-cataloged item which may be a special order item. We would be happy to assist you in identifying what you have. Just give us a call or email us a photo.
